From the Ground Up

As we begin to make this dream a reality, the struggles of starting a business can take over from the excitement of the idea itself. Instead of teaching children and writing lessons, we are building websites and paying lots of money to become a legal entity. Someone once told me that your Mission Statement should be the kind of thing that keeps you going in times of frustration, that empowers you at the end of a long day, and wakes you up in the morning for the sheer joy of it. As I revisit our Mission, I find the strength to move forward, to start blogs and finish Business Plans, while Two Sisters is born of our passion to take kids outside. Read it for yourself here and join us on our journey.
