May Day Celebration & Open House

Sunday, May 1      1pm to 5pm
Children young and old are invited to the Farmstead for a celebration of spring growth, community building and nature education. We invite you to explore our beautiful 25 acre property, plant seedlings in the garden, build your own wings, eat wholesome snacks, and wind the May Pole.

The event is free to attend, and we will be accepting donations to improve our school and camp programs. You can also buy raffle tickets to support our camp and school programs.

1:30 pm: Pallet planting
2:00 pm: Wing creating
2:30 pm: May Pole dancing
3:00 pm: Ridge hiking
3:30 pm: Bubble making
4:00 pm: Fairy house & fort building
4:30 pm: May Pole dancing
5:00 pm: Raffle drawing

Most activities will be available all day long including those not listed here - homemade bubbles, nature art, felt garland creation, and rock mancala. During the times above, educators will be available to lead those who want more structure.
